A Bit About Myself

Welcome! My name is Sheraya Smith, but many people know me just as well by "Ray". I'm a senior at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana studying computer science. I love to code and problem solve, and I have experience with Java, C++, C#, Python and Swift. My current interests include Human-Computer Interaction, User-Centered Design, and the integration of graphic design with computer science. I'm also really interested in having a large, positive impact on others through utilizing computer science.

As for personal life, I grew up in rural Indiana just a county north of DePauw. While I've been happy to call Indiana home, I love to travel and was so blessed to spend last semester abroad in New Zealand. I am heavily involved in a couple of groups at DePauw, including Greencastle WyldLife, a Christian mentoring program for area middle school students, and the Alpha Upsilon chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, a service fraternity.
